Domestic Flights: If you are checking-in at the airport for an domestic JetLite flight, check-in starts 150 minutes before the departure of your flight. The check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the departure time. The boarding gate closes 15 minutes prior to departure.

International Flights: For all International JetLite flights, check-in starts 3 hours before the departure. Check-in counters are closed 60 minutes prior to departure.

Internet Check-in

Internet Check-in facility is now available on all JetLite flights. You can check-in online for your Jetlite flight up to 48 hours in advance. With this facility, you can choose your seat and even print your boarding pass online from your home or office. If you are carrying only cabin baggage, you can just take your boarding pass and proceed straight to security check. You will not have to report at the airport check-in counter.

SMS Check-in

SMS Check-in facility is now available on all JetLite flights. With this facility, you can get your seat number confirmed just by sending an SMS from your mobile. To use this facility, just send the following SMS to 56388:

You will receive a reply SMS in the following format:

JetLite: Seat no 3C on S2705 for 22MAR BOM-DEL is assigned to you. Please collect your boarding pass from the airport Check-in counter at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

Tele Check-in

Tele Check-in facility is available for all passengers on Jetlite flights. If you have a confirmed ticket, and are traveling with hand baggage only, you can Tele check-in for the next day too. Call the Jetlite Toll Free number at 1800 22 3020 to avail this facility.

Return Check-in

If you are returning on the same day or the next day on a JetLite flight, and you are carrying hand baggage only, you can collect your return boarding pass from your originating airport. You must report to the airport 30 minutes prior to departure of your return flight. Return check-in facility is available on all JetLite flights. This facility is only available for domestic flights.

Through Check-in

Through Check-in facility is available on all Jetlite and connecting Jet Airways flight. If you have a connecting Jetlite or Jet Airways flight, your baggage will be checked-in up to your final destination. You will not have to collect your baggage at the connecting airport. You will also be issued your onward flight boarding pass at the originating airport itself. This facility is only available for domestic flights.
